Cancellation Policy
At Serenity Massage, out of respect for the therapist time and schedule, same day cancellations/reschedules will be subjected to a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled session fee. You will be notified of the charge being made. Charge will be made with card on file. Clients who confirm their appointment and arrive and ask to shorten the service will be charged for the full length of time they originally confirmed.
